  1. History of Best Betts
  2. This application has almost 7 years of history to it.
  3. This is the very first Windows Version.
  4. I have 27 years of handicapping the ponies
  5. behind me and have extensivly field tested this
  6. application. There are many functions and features
  7. that are not available in the shareware version
  8. that will be made available upon registration.
  9. This application uses numerous speed calculations
  10. and calculates by pace as well as point methods.
  11. Some of this features of this application are learned through
  12. usage (more fuzzy logic to be implimented in future releases).

  14. The cost..
  15. The $50.00 I am asking for this application is not very much when
  16. you consider the cost of a losing day at the races. Prior versions
  17. of this application have had users writing me of as many as 8 winners
  18. in a nine race card. The information collected is enough to give you
  19. not only a good indication of the what is going on with each race,
  20. gives you a chance to understand why.

  22. This application will be upgraded regularly and in order to know and
  23. have access to the newest versions you must register.
